I had an unpleasant experience with another realtor and was very apprehensive to continue the process of selling my house. After meeting with Joe and having several phone conversations I decided to move forward with the sale of my home. I do not regret that decision at all, Joe listened to everything I said and he made sure to pay extra attention to the things I stated I was most worried about. Within 3 months my house was sold and I was on my way to the new location.
